Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 gm
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Onions - 1.5 cup, chopped
  • Green chillies - 4, chopped
  • Ginger - 2 cm, chopped
  • Garlic - 1 pod, chopped
  • Coriander leaves - 2 to 3 tbsp, chopped
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Paneer Puttu

  • Grate the paneer.
  • Mix with chilli powder, turmeric salt.
  • Heat oil, fry onions till light brown.
  • Add green chillies, ginger-garlic and fry well.
  • Add the grated paneer and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Fry for about 2-3 mins.
  • Serve hot with chapatti.
