Ingredients

  • 50g - grated Paneer
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Onions
  • 1/2 tbsp - Tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 pinch - cumin
  • 1 pinch - rai/mustard seed
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp - Red Chilli
  • 1 pinch - Haldi powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - kitchen king masala
  • 1 pinch - salt for taste
  • 1 pinch - chat masala
  • 1 tbsp - fresh Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 - parathas

How to Make Paneer Roll

  • Heat pan, add oil.
  • Add rai and cumin and wait till they crackle.
  • Add chopped onion and saute till it becomes brown.
  • Add ginger garlic and tomato.
  • Stir for 2 minutes.
  • Now add rest of the dry masalas including salt and tomato ketchup.
  • Mix the ingredients and ensure the masala is cooked.
  • Add the grated paneer and mix well.
  • Cook for 2- 3 minutes more.
  • Add coriander to garnish it.
  • Place the sabji on paratha and roll.
  • Your yummy paneer roll is ready.
