  • 250 g - paneer
  • 2 onions (sliced)
  • 1 Capsicum (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream or fresh lightly beaten malai
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • salt
  • red chilli powder

How to Make Paneer Shashlik

  • Heat ghee in a pan, add onions and capsicum. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Then add tomato puree, fresh cream, salt, garam masala and red chilli powder. Cook for one minute.
  • Cut paneer into cubes and add to the masala. Mix well.
  • Cook again for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
