Ingredients

  • 250 g - Paneer
  • 100 g - fresh peas
  • 100 g - mashed Tomato
  • 3 - whole Tomatoes
  • 25 g - Green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp -garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin
  • 25 g - Ginger paste
  • 25 g - Garlic
  • 1 tsp - Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 - tsp Turmeric powder
  • How to Make Paneer Tomato Peas:

    1. Heat oil in a frying pan, splutter cumin seeds, add garlic and saute.
    2. Now add mashed tomato and green chilli paste and fry for 4 mins.
    3. Put boiled peas, tomatoes, turmeric, garam masala, ginger paste and Kashmiri chilli powder.
    4. Fry for few mins and then add paneer.
    5. Simmer for 3 mins and serve.
