Ingredients

  • 200 g - low cal paneer
  • 2 cups - Maida
  • 1/2 tsp - ajwain
  • 1/2 cup - boiled, mashed green gram
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chaat masala
  • salt and oil to taste
  • How to Make Paneer Veg Samosa:

    1. Add salt to maida and mix in a bowl; add ajwain.
    2. Add 1 tsp oil and 1/4 cup water to make a thick dough.
    3. For the stuffing, mix all the ingredients and spices in a bowl.
    4. Shape the dough into a cone and dampen the edges.
    5. Fill cone with stuffing and close the edges.
    6. Deep fry the samosas and serve hot with ketchup.
