How to Make Paneer with strawberry

  • Boil milk, add sweetened condensed milk and corn flour diluted in a little milk.
  • Add the vanilla essence. Cool till just warm.
  • Gradually add mixture to paneer.
  • Stir cook until mixture is thick.
  • Add chopped strawberries, mix well and pour into individual serving bowls. Chill.
  • Decorate with nuts, strawberries and mint leaves.
