Ingredients

  • 2 eggs.
  • 1/2 cup - diced potatoes.
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped onion.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • pepper as per taste.
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves.
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped.
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds powder.
  • oil for shallow frying.

How to Make Parsi Style Omelette

  • Partboil potatoes, drain and shallow. Fry potatoes till golden brown. Drain and keep aside.
  • Separate the yolks of egg. Beat the whites till frothy. Add yolk and continue beating.
  • Add remaining ingredients including potatoes. Mix it well.
  • Heat the griddle. Put some oil in it. Pour half of egg mixture. Cook till the omelette is golden brown.
