  • Boneless chicken- 1 kg.
  • Black pepper -1 tbsp.
  • Eggs- 2 whites only.
  • Corn flour -2 tbsp.
  • Capsicum (green pepper) -2.
  • Soya sauce -2 tsp.
  • Cashew- a few.
  • Spring onion -a bunch.
  • Cooking oil- 2 cups.
  • Tomato ketchup-2 tsp.
  • Worcester sauce-1 tsp.
  • chilli sauce-1 tsp.
  • How to Make Party Delight:

    1. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Mix the soya sauce, black pepper, egg white, corn flour and salt and prepare a sauce.
    2. Marinate the chicken pieces in the sauce for an hour.
    3. Heat the oil in a wok (kadai).
    4. Fry the chicken pieces and keep aside. Chicken should not be fried too crispy.
    5. Heat a little oil. When the oil gets heated pour 2 tsp. of tomato ketchup, 1 tsp. of Worcester sauce and 1 tsp. of chilli sauce into the oil.
    6. Mix in the chicken pieces gently. Stir fry for a few seconds. Remove from the fire.
    7. In the remaining oil fry the pieces of capsicum for a few seconds.
    8. Spread the chicken pieces in a serving dish and garnish it with fried cashews, capsicums and spring onions.
