  • 1 cup - cooked Pastas (any variety)
  • 1/4 cup - rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup - mixed veggies
  • 2 tbsp - gram flour
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp - Rice flour
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • Chopped Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil for Deep Frying
  • How to Make Pasta and Mixed Veggies Oats Pakoda:

    1. Take the cooked paste, rolled oats, mixed vegetables, gram flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves with enough salt.
    2. Sprinkle some water and turn everything into a thick batter.
    3. Heat oil for Deep Frying, make small balls from the batter and drop gently to the hot oil, fry until they turn crispy and golden brown.
    4. Enjoy hot with a cup of coffee.
