Ingredients

  • 1 cup - pasta, boiled.
  • 1/2 cup - broccoli, chopped.
  • 1/2 cup - carrot, finely chopped.
  • 1/4 cup - celery, chopped.
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder.
  • 2 tsp - vinegar.
  • 2 tbsp - corn flour.
  • 1/4 cup - tomato ketchup.
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Pasta Soup

  • Boil all the vegetables and keep aside.
  • Add all the boiled vegetables and tomato ketchup and mix well.
  • Mix corn flour in little water and add pepper powder and mix well without lumps.
  • Mix it in the pasta mixture and boil in low flame for about 5-8 mins.
  • Switch off the stove, add vinegar to taste and then serve hot with celery.
