Ingredients

  • 6 nos - ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup - Rice flour, sieved
  • 1 cup - grated Jaggery
  • 250 gm - oil or Vanaspati
  • How to Make Pazham Pitha:

    1. Mix the jaggery and the mashed bananas. Fold the rice flour gradually into the banana jaggery mixture. Heat the oil and spoon the batter into the hot oil on medium heat.
    2. When the pithas turn golden brown drain them on brown paper.
    3. Serves-4
