How to Make Pazham Varati-Pazhavaratti-Kerala Plantain Halwa

  • Transfer the cooked plantain pulp to a heavy bottomed pan, add the sugar and cook everything in medium flame.
  • Add the ghee little by little while cooking, once the mixture thickens into a halwa take it off from the vessel.
  • Transfer the halwa to a bowl.
