  • 1 cup -cooked Plantain pulp
  • 1.5 cup - Sugar
  • 3 tbsp - Ghee
  • How to Make Pazham Varati-Pazhavaratti-Kerala Plantain Halwa:

    1. Transfer the cooked plantain pulp to a heavy bottomed pan, add the sugar and cook everything in medium flame.
    2. Add the ghee little by little while cooking, once the mixture thickens into a halwa take it off from the vessel.
    3. Transfer the halwa to a bowl.
    4. Enjoy when it is still warm.
