Ingredients

  • 500 gms - Peaches
  • 2 - ripe Bananas
  • 200 ml - whole fat Milk
  • 200 gms - fresh Cream
  • 1/2 tin - condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 - Lemon juice extracted
  • How to Make Peach and Banana Ice cream:

    1. Boil 100 ml milk and cool it down to room temperature.
    2. Meanwhile, peel and thickly slice peaches.
    3. Put it in a heavy pan, sprinkle sugar.
    4. Heat it covered on a low flame, till the watery liquid get a bit sticky.
    5. Add lemon juice, stir and allow it to cool to room temperature.
    6. Cut and mix in bananas, blend it into a smooth puree in a mixie.
    7. Add milk, cream, condensed milk to the banana mixture.
    8. Run in short spurts till the mixture is light and frothy.
    9. Set in refrigerator to 8-10 hours till they get firm but not hard.
    10. Serve in scoops or cubes.
