  • 1.5 kg - stoned, peeled, Peach halves
  • 2 - Lemon
  • 6 cups - (900gms) Sugar
  • How to Make Peach Marmalade:

    1. Grate or peel and chop lemon rind in thin strips.
    2. Extract juice of lemons.
    3. Chop peaches coarsely.
    4. Put it in a large cooking pan.
    5. Add in juice, rind, heat.
    6. Heat on high till juice runs.
    7. Simmer till the fruit gets tender.
    8. Add sugar, stir to dissolve.
    9. Boil it on a high flame till the setting point is reached.
    10. Check with plate or spoon test.
    11. Pour while hot into sterile jars.
    12. Cool and seal it completely.
