  • 1.5 kg - stoned, peeled, peach halves
  • 2 - lemon
  • 6 cups - (900gms) sugar

How to Make Peach Marmalade

  • Grate or peel and chop lemon rind in thin strips.
  • Extract juice of lemons.
  • Chop peaches coarsely.
  • Put it in a large cooking pan.
  • Add in juice, rind, heat.
  • Heat on high till juice runs.
  • Simmer till the fruit gets tender.
  • Add sugar, stir to dissolve.
  • Boil it on a high flame till the setting point is reached.
  • Check with plate or spoon test.
  • Pour while hot into sterile jars.
  • Cool and seal it completely.
