  • Roasted Peanut - 2 cups.
  • Sugar - 1 cup.
  • Vanilla Essence - 2 drops.
  • Ghee or Butter - 1/4 tsp.
  • How to Make Peanut Burfi (Chiki):

    1. Peel peanuts, and break it into two halves.
    2. Keep a pan on fire and add the sugar to it.
    3. Keep stirring, till the sugar melts and a brown syrup is formed.
    4. Add the vanilla essence.
    5. Turn off the heat and add the peanuts into the syrup and mix well.
    6. Grease a plate with ghee or butter.
    7. Place the mixture in the plate and spread evenly.
    8. Allow it to cool, then cut it into slices.
    9. Store in an airtight container.
