  • 1 cup - all purpose flour
  • 1 cup - Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup - chocolate chunks (chopped finely)
  • 2- eggs
  • 1/4 cup - Butter
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - baking powder
  • For Chocolate Frosting:
  • 1/2 cup - chocolate chunks (chopped finely)
  • 1 cup - whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cup - confectioner's Sugar
  • How to Make Peanut Butter Brownies With Chocolate Frosting:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
    2. Melt the butter, beat the melted butter along the sugar, eggs, peanut butter until the mixture turns smooth.
    3. Now add the flour and baking powder, give a stir.
    4. Finally stir in the chopped chocolate chunks.
    5. Grease a square baking pan, pour the batter and bake for 25-30 minutes.
    6. Let it cool completely.
    7. Meanwhile melt the chocolate with whipping cream, once the chocolate gets well melted, Turn off the stove.
    8. Now mix the confectioner's sugar and keep aside.
    9. Once they get cooled, keep immediately in fridge.
    10. While serving, spread the chocolate frosting over the brownies, cut as small squares and serve.
