  • 2 cups - flour (maida).
  • 1 tsp - baking soda.
  • 1 tsp - baking powder.
  • 1/4 tsp - salt.
  • 3/4 cup - butter, softened (kept at room temperature).
  • 1 cup - powdered sugar.
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla essence.
  • 1/4 cup - cocoa powder.
  • 1/3 cup - Peanut butter.
  • 1/2 cup - milk.
  • How to Make Peanut Butter choco Cookies:

    1. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
    2. Cream together butter, sugar in a large bowl. Mix in vanilla essence and cocoa powder.
    3. Add peanut butter, and stir until smooth.
    4. Gradually mix in the sifted ingredients into the butter-sugar mix until well blended.
    5. Pour in the milk, and mix until fully combined.
    6. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
    7. Take marble sized portions, roll them into balls and press it lightly.
    8. Place these on the ungreased baking tray, keeping sufficient distance between each.
    9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 mins.
    10. Turn them onto a wire rack to cool. Store in airtight tin.
