  • 1/2 cup ground Peanuts - roasted and skinned.
  • 5 dried red chillies.
  • 1/2 cup- Tamarind juice.
  • 1/2 tsp- salt.
  • How to Make Peanut Chilli chutney:

    1. Fry the chillies and peanuts separately. Grind coarsely without adding water. Keep aside.
    2. Blend peanuts, chillies, salt and tamarind juice.
    3. Serve with puri, dosa, idli, rice etc.
