  • 1 cup - Peanuts roasted dry
  • 3 - red chillies, roasted dry
  • 1 teaspoon - thick Tamarind puree
  • 4 flakes - Garlic
  • seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Peanut Chutney:

    1. Add peanuts, red or green chillies, tamarind pulp and garlic in the mixie jar.
    2. Grind to a paste by adding sufficient water and salt.
    3. Season with cumin seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
    4. Serve with idly dosa.
