Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Peanuts roasted dry
  • 3 - red chillies, roasted dry
  • 1 teaspoon - thick Tamarind puree
  • 4 flakes - Garlic
  • seasoning
  • salt to taste

How to Make Peanut Chutney

  • Add peanuts, red or green chillies, tamarind pulp and garlic in the mixie jar.
  • Grind to a paste by adding sufficient water and salt.
  • Season with cumin seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
  • Serve with idly dosa.
