Ingredients

  • 1 cup - fresh curds.
  • 1 tbsp - peanuts, crushed.
  • 1 - green chilli, finely chopped.
  • 1 tbsp - coriander, finely chopped.
  • 1 stalk - curry leaves.
  • 1/2 tsp - sugar, powdered.
  • 1 tsp - oil.
  • salt to taste.
  • How to Make Peanut Curd chutney:

    1. Beat curd to make it smooth.
    2. Add peanut, chilli, coriander, salt and sugar.
    3. Heat oil in a small pan, add curry leaves, allow it to splutter.
    4. Add curd. Stir it to mix well.
    5. Refrigerate till further required.
    6. Serve with sabodana wadas, ragira puris, etc.
