Ingredients

  • 4 eggs.
  • 1 cup - grated cottage cheese.
  • 1/2 cup - fresh cream.
  • 10-12 peanuts.
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli flakes.
  • 1/2 cup - milk.
  • 1 tbsp. - white Butter (for greasing).
  • 1 tbsp. - roasted Peanut powder.
  • salt and pepper powder to taste.
  • How to Make Peanut egg custard:

    1. Beat eggs, add cottage cheese, cream, milk and salt, and mix lightly. Pour into a greased pan. Keep pan on slow fire and cook while stirring till custard is thick.
    2. Add peanut powder and fold it into the custard. Pour onto a serving dish. Sprinkle with pepper powder and chilli flakes.
    3. Garnish with fried peanuts, serve.
