How to Make Peanut Jaggery Bars

  • Heat a non-stick pan and add peanuts.
  • Roast on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Cool and remove the skin.
  • Add these roasted peanuts on preheated pan followed by addition of 1 tbsp of ghee and pounded jaggery.
  • Now cook it till the jaggery melts into a thick consistency.
  • Grease a plate or flat board and transfer the whole content on it.
  • Press with knife or rolling pin.
  • Let it dry and cut into pieces according to your desired shape.
  • Store in air tight container.
