Ingredients

  • 30-mini idlis
  • 3 tbsp - peanut coconut podi
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - urad dal
  • 3/4 cup - raw peanuts
  • Few curry leaves
  • Oil

How to Make Peanut Podi Mini Idli

  • Heat oil in a pan, pop the mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
  • Add the raw peanuts and fry for few minutes.
  • Now add the mini idlis, toss gently for few seconds.
  • Add the peanut coconut podi, toss again gently for few minutes and serve hot.
