  • 2 kg - pears, sliced
  • 2 tins sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 gms - butter
  • For the crumble:
  • 150 gms - butter
  • 300 gms - plain flour (maida)

How to Make Pear crumble dessert

  • Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 160 degree C.
  • Mix condensed milk and butter and heat for 5 mins.
  • Remove from fire and set aside to cool.
  • Place the pear slices in layers, in an ovenproof bowl.
  • Pour the cooled condensed milk mixture evenly over pear slices.
  • Top with the prepared crumble.
  • Bake for 30 mins. at 160 degree C.
  • How to prepare the crumble mixture:
  • Combine the flour and butter to a crumbly texture and set aside. Add on top of pear slices before baking.
