How to Make Pears coconut ladoo

  • Peel skin and submerge the pears in salted water for 10 mins.
  • Drain, grate and squeeze out the water.
  • Prepare sugar in 1 cup syrup.
  • Add the grated coconut to the boiling sugar syrup and boil for 20 mins.
  • Now add the grated pear and simmer it for 15-20 mins. Keep stirring it till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Add the cardamom powder mix well and remove it from the stove.
  • Make laddoos and roll into the coconut powder.
  • Decorate the laddoos with a cherry on top.
