After the onions in the pan turns golden brown add the ground masala first and fry for 7-10 mins. Then add tomato paste, and fry for 5 mins. Add a little water, the vegetables and mix it with coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Cook it well for another 20-30 mins. Serve.
