Ingredients

  • 1 - Cauliflower medium size.
  • 200 gm - green peas.
  • 1 - potato.
  • 1 - Egg plant, medium size.
  • 1 - coconut.
  • 8 - red chilli.
  • Coriander leaves - a few sprigs.
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder.
  • 1 inch piece - ginger.
  • 4 Cloves - garlic.
  • 1 - onion, medium.
  • Cinnamon stick - 1 " piece.
  • Cloves - 1.
  • 2 - cardamom.
  • 2 tsp - fennel seeds.
  • 2 - tomatoes, small.
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Peas and Cauliflower Curry

  • Boil green peas and other vegetables with little salt in it.
  • Take a big pan or vessel, pour oil in it and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • Once the seeds splutters, add onions and fry till brown.
  • Grind coconut, coriander leaves, chillies, ginger, garlic, onions, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, fennel seeds.
  • Grind tomato separately.
  • After the onions in the pan turns golden brown add the ground masala first and fry for 7-10 mins. Then add tomato paste, and fry for 5 mins. Add a little water, the vegetables and mix it with coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Cook it well for another 20-30 mins. Serve.
