How to Make Peas Bade

  • Soak the split peas for 5-6 hours.
  • Then grind it into a thick paste.
  • Add 1/2 cup of chopped green cabbage, 1/4 cup chopped onions and 1-2 chopped green chillies.
  • Then 1 tsp of red powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and 1/2 tsp of garam masala, jeera and salt to taste. Add a little besan or maida to it.
  • Now mix all the ingredients and add the coriander leaves.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry.
  • Serve it with chutney or sauce.
