Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Boiled green peas.
  • 1 tbsp - oil.
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 tsp - Chilli powder.
  • 6 or 7 - Curry leaves.

How to Make Peas Stir Fry

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the curry leaves and cumin seeds for 2-3 mins.
  • Add the boiled peas, chilli powder and salt and mix well.
  • Cook on low heat for about 3 mins until the peas blend well.
  • Serve with steamed rice or chapattis.
