Ingredients

  • 100 g - sweet peda/burfi.
  • 100 g - maida.
  • 1 tsp - ghee.
  • 1 pinch -salt.
  • oil.

How to Make Peda puri

  • Crumble the sweet pedas thoroughly without any lumps. Keep it aside.
  • Now take a bowl and put maida and a pinch of salt and mix well. Add a spoonful of hot ghee. Knead it nicely adding water.
  • Take a marble sized dough and roll it twice to make it flat.
  • Then place a spoonful of crumbled pedas in the centre and bring all the side together to form a ball.
  • Slightly flour the rolling board and roll it into a small puris.
  • Heat the oil and fry the puris one by one.
