Ingredients

  • 2 cups - baby corns (sliced)
  • 1 cup - paneer (cubed)
  • 1- onion (big and chopped finely)
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 2 tbsp - black whole pepper
  • Few curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Pepper Baby corn and paneer Stir-fry

  • Dry roast the black whole peppercorns for a while, grind the roasted peppercorns as into a powder and keep aside.
  • Heat a pan with oil, pop the cumin seeds, add the finely chopped onions and saute until they turn translucent.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears, now add the sliced baby corns, garam masala powder with enough salt and cook on high flame until the baby corns get cooked.
  • Meanwhile shallow fry the paneer cubes in another pan and keep aside.
  • Add the ground pepper powder, paneer cubes and curry leaves, simmer for few minutes until the paneer and baby corns get well coated with pepper powder.
  • Serve hot with rotis or any rice dishes.
