Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - liver (cut into cubes).
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste.
  • 2 tbsp - pepper powder.
  • 1 - Onion chopped.
  • 1 - tomato, chopped.
  • 2-3 - green chillies, slit.
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  • oil to fry.
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice.
  • 1/2 cup - coriander leaves.

How to Make pepper liver fry

  • Mix all ingredients and pressure cook for about 15-20 mins or till the liver is done.
  • Add very little water and if there is excess water, open and cook till the water evaporates completely.
  • In a wok, heat some oil and fry the liver.
  • Add lemon juice, coriander leaves and serve.
