  • 1 small pack - mushroom.
  • 4 or 5 tsp - powdered pepper.
  • 1.5 tsp - Ginger and Garlic paste.
  • 1 - Onion (chopped).
  • 2 pinch - Turmeric powder.
  • Salt, to taste.
  • 3 tbsp - oil.
  • 2 drops - Lime squash.
  • Coriander leaves.
  • Mustard seeds.
  • Curry leaves.

How to Make Pepper Mushroom

  • Heat a pan containing oil, then add mustard seeds and curry leaves after the oil gets heated.
  • Add the chopped onion to that and fry till the onion turn to golden brown in colour.
  • Immediately add the ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, powdered pepper and fry for a second.
  • Add the mushroom pieces to the above mix.
  • Add half a glass of water, add salt. Wait till it turns to gravy.
  • Finally squeeze some lime and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice, chapatti, naan.
