  • 1 tbsp - Black Peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - crushed Ginger piece
  • How to Make Peppercorns n Ginger Surasam:

    1. Dry roast the black peppercorns in a vessel, until the smoke comes out, put the flame in simmer.
