  • 250g deboned fish pieces
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 inch ginger
  • 1 garlic flake
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 eggs
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Peppered Fish Fingers

  • Clean the fish pieces.
  • Mix all the other ingredients except eggs, bread crumbs, and oil.
  • Marinate the fish pieces in the mixture for 2 hours.
  • Beat the egg. Heat the oil.
  • Dip the fish pieces in egg and roll it in bread crumbs.
  • Deep-fry till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with sauce and wafers.
