How to Make Phaldhari tikki with Pears chutney

  • Phaldhari tikki:
  • Boil raw banana and potato in a separate pan.
  • When it becomes cool, peel both potato and banana and grate them.
  • Now add sendha namak, crushed almonds, green chilli and ginger chopped.
  • Add garam masala, cumin powder and chopped coriander and mix it well.
  • Make small round patties.
  • Take a pan, put ghee and shallow fry the patties until it becomes golden in colour.
  • Serve it with Pears chutney.
  • Pears Chutney:
  • Cut the pears in small dices.
  • Heat ghee and adds pears, sugar and sauté it for 2 minutes.
  • Add water and cook it well.
  • Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  • Then grind the pears and add sendha namak, cumin powder, and fennel powder and lemon juice.
