Ingredients

  • 3 - large Potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into small chunks.
  • 1- medium size Pineapple cut into small chunks or 1 can of processed Pineapple chunks.
  • 1- large Onion chopped
  • 3 tbsp - Cream
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp - chopped mint.
  • How to Make Pineapple And Potato Salad:

    1. Mix all the ingredients together gently
    2. Place in a serving bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
