Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Pineapple chopped roughly
  • 2 Ice cubes
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice (optional)
  • 25 ml - Milk (preferably cold)
  • 3 tsp - Sugar
  • 3 tbsp - Soda water

How to Make Pineapple Cooler

  • Pressure cook pineapple pieces for 1 whistle until soft.
  • Blend all the other ingredients together with cooked pineapple until frothy in a mixer or blender.
  • Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled.
