  • 2 tbsp - Pineapple jam.
  • 2 - idlis.
  • 2 tsp - oil.
  • 10 - curry leaves.
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala.

How to Make Pineapple Idlli Sandwich

  • Roast the idli on a tava till golden brown on both sides.
  • Fry the curry leaves.
  • Prepare a mixture of pineapple jam, chaat masala and fried curry leaves.
  • Cut the idlis into two and spread the mixture between them.
  • Garnish with fried curry leaves before serving.
