Ingredients

  • 6 rings - of Pineapple from a tin.
  • 2 cups - syrup from the tin .
  • 1/4 cup - Lemon juice .
  • 1 cup - Paneer shreds .
  • 1 lettuce, shredded .
  • 15 gms - gelatin .
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander leaves .
  • 6 wedges of lemon.
  • How to Make Pineapple paneer salad:

    1. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup water. Cool.
    2. Add to lemon juice and pineapple syrup. Pour into six moulds and chill till set.
    3. In a serving platter, spread lettuce shreds. Arrange six pineapple rings on this.
    4. Put the paneer shreds in the centre.
    5. Unmould each pineapple mould over each pile and decorate with coriander leaves.
