Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Pink sweet Carrot
  • 4 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 200 g - sweet khova (or plain khova and Sugar 100 gm each)
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • Slivers of Almond - to garnish

How to Make Pink Carrot Halwa

  • Grate carrots and cook covered on high for 5 mins. (Stir once after 3 mins)
  • Add ghee, sugar and khova.
  • Mix well and cook uncovered for 8-10 mins, stirring in between.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 tsp cardamom powder on top.
  • Serve warm, garnished with slivers of almonds.
