  • 3 cups- 2% powder Milk
  • 250 ml- whipping Cream
  • 1 cup- ground Pista (ground to a rough powder form)
  • 3/4 cup- Sugar
  • Edible silver foil (optional)
  • How to Make Pista Burfi:

    1. Mix powdered milk with whipping cream in a microwave safe bowl.
    2. Put the bowl in the microwave for three minutes on high.
    3. Take the bowl out and mix the ingredients thoroughly. Mix in ground pistachio and sugar.
    4. Place the bowl again in the microwave for three minutes on high.
    5. Then pour contents in a plate or pan.
    6. Spread the contents to make a 1 inch thick slab.
    7. Let it cool for a few minutes.
    8. If desired, cover with silver foil. Cut with a sharp knife into squares.
