How to Make Pizza Kebab Sticks

  • In a large skillet, boil and cook the sausages until no longer pink. Drain and cool.
  • Or pan fry the chicken kebabs and cut into bite-size pieces.
  • When cool enough to handle, cut sausage into 20 pieces.
  • On soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread the sausage, vegetables and pepperoni.
  • Sprinkle with crushed oregano.
  • Unroll pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface; cut width-wise into 1-inch wide strips.
  • Starting at the pointed end of the prepared skewer, pierce the skewer through one end of the dough strip and press end of dough against end item on skewer.
  • Spiral wrap dough around skewer, allowing vegetables and meat to peek through.
  • Wrap the remaining end of the dough strip around the skewer above the last item.
  • Repeat with remainder of skewers.
  • Arrange kebabs on greased baking sheet or baking tray.
  • Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 mins or until vegetables are tender and pizza dough is golden.
  • Immediately sprinkle with cheese.
  • Serve with warmed pizza sauce.
