  • 10 - whole cherry Tomatoes or 1 big Tomato cut into chunks, deseeded
  • 1 - medium onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 - large green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 tsp - dried oregano, crushed
  • 1/2 - red bell pepper
  • 1/2 - Orange bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 8 - seedless green Olives
  • 8 - slices pepperoni
  • 1 - refrigerated pizza crust or 1 fresh pizza crust
  • 1.5 cups - shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1.2 cup - pizza sauce, warmed
  • 10 - wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 mins
  • How to Make Pizza Kebab Sticks:

    1. In a large skillet, boil and cook the sausages until no longer pink. Drain and cool.
    2. Or pan fry the chicken kebabs and cut into bite-size pieces.
    3. When cool enough to handle, cut sausage into 20 pieces.
    4. On soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread the sausage, vegetables and pepperoni.
    5. Sprinkle with crushed oregano.
    6. Unroll pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface; cut width-wise into 1-inch wide strips.
    7. Starting at the pointed end of the prepared skewer, pierce the skewer through one end of the dough strip and press end of dough against end item on skewer.
    8. Spiral wrap dough around skewer, allowing vegetables and meat to peek through.
    9. Wrap the remaining end of the dough strip around the skewer above the last item.
    10. Repeat with remainder of skewers.
    11. Arrange kebabs on greased baking sheet or baking tray.
    12. Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 mins or until vegetables are tender and pizza dough is golden.
    13. Immediately sprinkle with cheese.
    14. Serve with warmed pizza sauce.
