Ingredients

  • 1 - onion, medium, sliced.
  • 1- tomato, medium sliced.
  • 1/4 - capsicum, large sliced.
  • 1 - slice of cheese.
  • 2 - slices of toasted bread.
  • salt.
  • pepper.
  • oil.

How to Make Pizza Toast

  • Heat oil, add onions and saute for 1 minute.
  • Then add tomato and capsicum and saute for another 5 minutes.
  • Then add the cheese slice to it and mix well till it melts.
  • Put this mixture on toasted bread and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • You can also choose to add tomato ketchup.
