Ingredients

  • Dosa / Idly Batter - 1 cup
  • Potato - 1 no. Peeled and cut into cubes
  • Beans - 1 small cup
  • Carrot - 1 Small Cup
  • Paneer cubes - 1/2 cup
  • Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies sliced on the sides vertically - 2 nos
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves cut into small pieces
  • Ghee - 3 tsp

How to Make Pizza Uthappam

  • Take a Microwave supported flat shaped 1 Inch deep plate
  • Grease ghee at the bottom of the Plate
  • Add Dosa batter into the plate so as to cover half the plate.
  • Spread vegetables and paneer on top of the batter.
  • Sprinkle tomato sauce on top of the vegetables.
  • Place Green chilies and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Spread one spoon of ghee on sides of the plate.
  • Sprinkle salt on top to taste.
  • Keep in medium heat in the microwave for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot with coconut chutney
