  • Milk powder - 2 tbsp.
  • Cocoa - 1 tbsp.
  • Drinking chocolate - 4 tbsp.
  • Icing Sugar - 4 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice - few drops.
  • Liquid glucose -1/2 tsp.
  • How to Make Plain Chocolate:

    1. Sieve all the dry ingredients together 3 times to remove lumps.
    2. Then add lemon juice, liquid glucose and very little water to mix it into a firm and soft dough.
    3. Now make small balls from the dough.
    4. Flatten each ball and enclose nuts, raisins, almonds into each chocolate. Close the stuffing properly with chocolate. Shape the chocolates to desired shapes.
    5. Wrap it in decorative silver paper.
    6. Put in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
