  • 115 g - flour.
  • 2 tsp - baking powder.
  • 1/4 tsp - ground Nutmeg apple.
  • 60 g - milk.
  • 1 large egg.
  • 2 tbsps - vegetable oil.
  • 60 g - pieces of chocolate.
  • icing.
  • chocolate spread.
  • How to Make Plain Doughnuts:

    1. Put flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl.
    2. Make a hollow into the centre of ingredients and put milk, egg and oil into it.
    3. Stir all ingredients thoroughly until the batter is smooth.
    4. Preheat the donut making appliance for 5 mins.
    5. Fill in one level tbsp. of butter per donut mould and close appliance.
    6. Baking time: 3-3 1/2 min. or until the desired degree of brownness has been achieved.
    7. Take finished donuts from the mould and use up remaining batter in the same way.
