Ingredients

  • 900 g - Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - cumin
  • 1 handful - amchur
  • 1 inch piece - Turmeric
  • 3 pods - Garlic (sliced)
  • 2 cups - oil
  • Vinegar, sugar, salt to taste

How to Make Plain Green chilli pickle

  • Pound cumin, amchur, turmeric and salt together.
  • Now mix with the green chillies.
  • Heat the oil and add the sliced garlic.
  • When this turns brown, add the chilli mixture, vinegar, sugar and cook well.
  • Cool and bottle.
