Ingredients

  • 6 - idlis
  • 1 cup - finely chopped Onion
  • 1 cup - finely chopped Tomato
  • 1 tbsp - Tamarind chutney
  • 1 tbsp - Mint chutney
  • For garnishing:
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - roasted cashews
  • 1/2 cup - sev

How to Make

  • Cut the idlis into small pieces and deep fry in oil.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, roasted cashews and sev.
