Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Curd
  • 6 slices - bread | 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt - As per taste
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Coriander seeds
  • Oil
  • 4 tbsp - paneer, grated
  • How to Make Plain instant dokla:

    1. Mix all ingredients except bread, oil and paneer.
    2. Dip half-a-piece of bread in the mixture.
    3. Toast bread slices on a warm tava with a little oil.
    4. Top with grated paneer and serve
