Ingredients

  • 1 can - condensed milk
  • 1 can - evaporated milk
  • 1 packet (16 oz) - whipping cream
  • 1 tsp - almond powder
  • 1tsp - pistachio powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 1/8 tsp - saffron

How to Make Plain Malai Kulfi

  • Mix all the ingredient in a blender for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture in to round popsicle maker.
  • Freeze it for 6 to 8 hour.
  • To remove frozen kulfi from the mould, place it under a running tap of warm water.
